Established in 2005, Hangzhou Ying Da Vessel Engineering Co., Ltd. (YDVC) specializes in the design, production and installation of spherical tanks, storage tanks, low temperature tanks, pressure vessels, steel structures and pressure pipelines. YDVC has the patent about Procedure Code for Construction of Large Storage Tank issued by the State Intellectual Property Office of P.R. China with Patent number of ZL 2003 10108640.6.

With several years development, our sales value reached 125 million RMB in 2007, not only with the design, manufacture and installation of more than 3000cbm of large-scale tank capacity, but also with the manufacture and installation of more than 5000cbm of the spherical storage tank capacity. Moreover, YDVC has established good relationships with well-known domestic companies, such as Hang Zhou Hang Yang Co., Ltd., China National Air Separation Plant Co., Ltd., and China National Aero-Technology Import & Export Corporation.

YDVC provides coordinated service for customers wholeheartedly from design and manufacturing to installation and adjustment, with high product quality, reasonable performance price ratio and excellent after-sales service. YDVC covers an area of 30,000 square meters and our factory building occupies an area of 17,000 square meters. Our registered capital was RMB10 million. We possess all kinds of advanced equipment, such as automatic submerged arc welding machines, numerical control cutting machines, 2000T/200T oil pressure systems, edge planers (L=9m), four-roller bending machines, oil concentration analyzers, ultrasonic thickness gauges and others. We also have advanced production machines and means, such as H-type steel automatic production lines and tank top suppress spherical construction techniques. YDVC has an experienced and professional technical & engineering management group. There are 300 staff members, including 5 senior engineers and 80 management personnel. In addition, YDVC has an excellent quality assurance system, holds the licenses of D1, D2 and A2 for manufacturing and A3 for production and installation of spherical tanks, and has passed the evaluation of ISO9001:2000 Quality Assurance System certification.
